 We  have had over 20,000 customers over the past 20 years and i would like to thank each and everyone of them. Without them we would not be here. I want to thank them not only for the business but for their support over the years and by spreading the word. Over 50% of our business is by recommendations  and that is due infact to our loyal customers . Thank you and I hope we will have many more years together in this business

 Friends is a curious word but I have found that after many years there are only a hand full of real friends.  I have too many to thank here but I would like to mention a few important people who have helped me over the years in teaching me the business  and who are also my friends. Richard Rybinski has been my loyal friend over the years and has been by my side through it all. He has helped me more than anyone and has inspired me to keep on going. His love for vintage guitar and the music is legendary and he has been apart of my business and my life for 20 years. He is known by many as the KING and that sums it up . Hail to the king and my best friend and confidant!

Richard Friedman  has taught me more than most over the years. His 30 plus years of hand on experience is invaluable. He and his family owned We Buy Guitar in new york and he currently ownes We Buy Guitar. you would be hard pressed to find a more honest and knowledgeable person anywhere like him let alone in this business. He is like a brother to me and I owe him more than I can ever repay.

Perry Margouleff has been an inspiration and a wealth of knowledge over the years. He is the largest collector and buyer  of vintage guitar and has again seen more than  most and could easily write books on what he knows and has seen. Another true knowledgeable gentleman and a pillar in this business. He has taught me many things and I thank him for his friendship and time.

Lou Gatanas. Good ol uncle Lou. Lets just say that him and Perry have had more burst than anyone I know and know more about them than anyone I know. Lou has educated me over the years and has helped many of my customers avoid disaster . He is another trusted friend I owe much too. Once you get to know Lou he is the best, his humor contagious and sharp I have many fond memories over the years.

Skip Hendersonis the man that created me. One day I saw him gutting a Gretsch and he said I just made $400 . I said I can do that and he was the first person to get me hooked on the business and has been a true friend over the years. His knowledge of vintage guitar is legendary as were his news letters and his charitable work . What can I say I owe it all to him and today I still am grateful to al he has shown and done for me . City Lights Music will always be an icon in this business for me and will never be duplicated .Skips personality made that business and as with everything he does the world gets right on board. To a brother and a friend.

Robert  Sellito Bobby is a professional sound engineer. He has worked with everyone from Sting to Clapton and has recorded everyone  for the last 20 years on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE and many other shows.  He is respected throughout both his industry and our and I am glad that we are friends . Bobby taught me how to record and get a great sound . He was instrumental in not just showing me the recording industry techniques but took endless hours and showed first hand how the ” get the sound” . Bobby also is a great friend and guitar lover and collector and has been an important part of my life . thank you bubba!!!!

Buck Sulceris the man who taught me the business side of this business. He showed me how to avoid all the pit falls and also educated me on the vintage guitar market and the guitar themselves. He introduced me to many good connections in this business and help me launch a carrier in vintage guitars . Many great memories and crazy stories and can and will be told from the old days. Buck is also instrumental in introducing me to many international buyers and I thank him .
